Stockholm, 12 May 2021 - Storskogen has acquired the majority of the shares in Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter. The company provides architectural services from untouched land to occupancy with a focus on apartment buildings, city buildings, preschools, student housing and senior housing.

Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter was founded in 1984 in Stockholm and is run by six co-owners. The company has just over 50 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 60 million. Mats Carlsson, CEO of Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter will remain a partner in the company together with other shareholders.

“We are happy to have Storskogen as a long-term and financially strong owner and look forward to continuing to do what we like most - to see what we draw being built and thus contributing to more people having a safer, happier and healthier everyday life. At the same time, we look forward to continuing to develop Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter together with Storskogen and our clients, ” says Mats Carlsson, CEO of Lindberg Stenberg Arkitekter.

The company will be part of Storskogen's business area Services, where Peter Ahlgren is responsible.

“We are very happy with our investment and the trust we have received. It is a well-run company with a strong reputation among employees and customers. The company is run with a clear goal centred around words such as "what we draw is built", and "architecture for real". It is a successful concept and vision we want to build on together with management and employees, ”says Peter Ahlgren.
