Storskogen acquires Danmatic Automated Bakery Systems and Prægel & Co

Storskogen has completed its first transaction in Denmark following the acquisition of Danmatic Automated Bakery Systems A/S and its subsidiary Prægel & Co A/S.  

Following the investment, Danmatic and Prægel & Co´s founders Claus Lykke Gregersen and Henrik Kriby Prægel will remain in their roles as Co-CEOs for Danmatic and will continue as shareholders. Erik Hedemann Andersen will continue as CEO for Prægel & Co and remain a shareholder. 

Claus Lykke Gregersen, Henrik Kriby Prægel and Erik Hedemann Andersen expressed their delight at completing the transaction; “With the backing of Storskogen, Danmatic and Prægel & Co will be able to grow further. Together we can strengthen our position and presence as one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of midsized and industrial bakery equipment in Scandinavia. 

Danmatic and Prægel & Co will belong to Storskogen’s business area Industry, led by Fredrik Bergegård.
